Попробуйте использовать composer update . Об этом говорится в ошибке.

Обновить:
Composer пытается найти папку app/controllers/admin которая не является стандартной папкой в laravel. Вы уверены, что эта папка существует? Если нет, вы можете попробовать удалить эти и другие настраиваемые папки из композитора.json и добавить их вручную. Вы также можете создать каталоги и оставить композитор.json нетронутым.
