Обновить таблицу базы данных с помощью флажков, php и mysql

Я пытаюсь создать форму, которая позволяет добавлять административные элементы управления пользователям в базе данных с помощью флажков. В настоящее время я могу перечислить пользователей. Я не знаю, как обновлять базу данных, когда пользователь выбирает этот флажок и нажимает кнопку submit. Вот что я до сих пор;
