PHP отправляет электронное письмо с прикрепленным изображением

Я пытаюсь создать сценарий, который отправит изображение, загруженное из приложения iphone, которое я разрабатываю для меня по электронной почте.

Я смог получить скрипт, чтобы отправить мне электронное письмо с приложением. Однако вложение всегда 0kb.
