Основная проблема здесь – это команда phpize , которая, кажется, существует, но если она терпит неудачу (я не знаю, почему pecl продолжает … это кажется странным).
Я бы переустановил PHP и удостоверился, что файлы заголовков доступны – и если у вас есть несколько инсталляций, тогда сделайте путь к команде phpize для вашей «активной» установки PHP первым путем в вашем PATH

Дело в том, что MAMP не поставляется со всеми источниками PHP, чтобы скомпилировать файл pecl mongo и создать mongo.so. Все, что вам нужно, это загрузить php для соответствующей версии, которую вы используете. Я использовал php версию 5.6.10 . Я проверил сайт php.net, у которого была версия 5.6.13 . Я загрузил источники для этой версии с PhP.net . Выполнено « sudo pecl install mongo » снова, и это сработало.
Это сработало для меня:
