Проблема в том, что вы делаете почтовый запрос, но для поиска вам нужен запрос на получение. Отклик скручивания также показывает это.

Просто удалите строку curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1); , Он будет работать, и это сработало для меня :).
