Эта страница отлично работает при работе на веб-сервере университета; но, когда я пытаюсь запустить его локально через IntelliJ 16, $ _POST всегда пуст (но php://input содержит правильную строку сообщения). Другие аспекты демонстрации работают отлично.
Я прочитал много других сообщений о том, что $ _POST пуст; и, насколько я могу судить, эти ситуации не применяются здесь.
Я предполагаю, что есть проблема с конфигурацией с моей локальной копией php; но я не знаю, что может быть неправильно сконфигурировано, что вызовет работу $ _GET, но не $ _POST.
